XX=01 Uhrbatterie leer / XX=02 Echtzeituhr defekt Mögliche Maßnahme: Drücken Sie Select-Taste um fortzufahren. Wenn dieser Fehler auftritt, fährt der Drucker damit fort, Datum und Uhrzeit anhand der Prozessoruhr aufzuzeichnen, bis er abgeschaltet wird. Solange dieser Fehler nicht behoben wird, werden Sie bei jedem Aus- und Einschalten des Druckers aufgefordert, Datum und Uhrzeit neu einzustellen. |

Falls erforderlich, bauen Sie die Tonerpatrone, den Duplexer oder die Papierfächer aus. • Wenn die Meldung weiterhin angezeigt wird, müssen Sie alle weiteren Bereiche im Drucker auf Papier überprüfen. Vorsicht! Vergewissern Sie sich, daß das gesamte gestaute Papier vor dem Schließen der Abdeckung oder des Fachs entfernt wurde. • Öffnen und schließen Sie die obere Abdeckung, um die Meldung wieder zu löschen Mögliche Maßnahme: Wenn der Fehler im Einzugsbereich auftritt sind in der Regel die Einzugsrollen, Feed Roller, PickUp Roller verschmutzt oder verschlissen gegnfügig sollten diese zusammen mit dem Separation Pad erneuern werden. Bei einem Papierstau im Bereich der Fuser Unit überprüfen Sie diese auf eventuelle Beschädigungen der Heizwalzen, Film Sleeve oder auf Papierreste sowie eventuell verklemmte Papiersensoren. Im Auswurbereich kann der Fehler von verschmutzten oder verschlissenen Delivery Roller oder ebensfalls defekten oder verklemmten Sensor-Flags verursacht werden. |

Mögliche Maßnahme: Legen Sie im Fach Papier des richtigen Formats ein. Wenn Sie aus Fach 1 drucken prüfen Sie ob über das Bediehnfeld das richtige Papierformat ausgewählt wurde. Wenn Sie über Fach 2,3 oder 4 drucken überprüfen Sie ob die Einstellungen in den Papierfächern ordnungsgemäß vorgenommen wurden. |

Dieser kann durch fehlerhafte Druckbefehle, defekte Daten oder unerlaubte Bedienfehler hervorgerufen werden. Mögliche Maßnahme: Schalten Sie den Drucker aus, und schalten Sie ihn nach 20 Sekunden wieder ein. Mögliche Ursache ist ein fehlerhaftes Parallel oder Netzwerkkabel sowie eine schlechte Verbindung oder Kontakt. Eventuell tritt der Fehler nur aus bestimmten Programmen oder Softwareanwendungen auf. Überprüfen Sie den Firmware-Stand und führen Sie ggf. ein Firmware-Update durch. Schalten Sie den Drucker aus und entfernen Sie alle Optionen und Netzwerk-, Parallel-, USB- Kabel, sowie DIMMs (Außer Firmware DIMM!), Speicher, EIO-Karten aus dem Drucker. Schaltet Sie jetzt den Drucker wieder ein, wenn der Fehler jetzt NICHT mehr auftritt installieren Sie nacheinander und einzeln die ausgebauten Optionen um die fehlerhafte Baugruppe einzugrenzen. Tritt der Fehler weiterhin auf ist ggf. der Firmware DIMM oder das Formatter Board defekt. |

Schaltet Sie den Drucker aus und überprüfen Sie ob die Fuser Unit korrekt installiert ist und die Steckkontakte in Ordnung sind. 2. Schaltet Sie den Drucker nach 20 Minuten wieder ein, tritt der Fehler weiterhin auf erneuern Sie die Fuser Unit. Bitte beachten Sie bei ältern Druckermodelle das die Fehlermeldung nach dem ausschalten noch ca. 20 Minuten intern gespeichert wird ! Weitere Ursachen können ein defekter DC Controller und bei älteren Modellen wie HP Laserjet II und III das Netzteil sein. |
